Practice survey results
As you may be aware, we recently carried out a patient survey to check in with you on how you rate the services we provide. We are pleased to report that 93% of those who participated rated us as good, very good or excellent.
Whilst it’s always nice to hear that many of you are happy with our service, of particular benefit is receiving your feedback on where we can improve. We are working through these results now and are committed to putting strategies in place to improve in the areas that are within our control. We will share these with you as we go, so watch this space.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to those of you who took the time to complete the survey and share your thoughts with us. We always welcome feedback, so if you have any suggestions, complaints or compliments we encourage you to share them with our practice manager. Thank you.
