Welcome Dr Rabi Rasouli
We have recently welcomed Dr Rabi Rasouli onto our team of doctors at General Practice Cremorne. Rabi graduated from Sydney University medical school in 2014 and spent some time pursuing an interest in orthopaedic, plastic and cranio-facial surgery. He also took part in some innovative cardiac research at the prestigious Harvard Medical School in the U.S., where he developed a keen interest in heart disease, metabolic health and preventative medicine. Rabi completed his general practice specialist training, attaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of GPs in 2022. His other areas of interest draw on his surgical experience and include musculoskeletal conditions, skin cancer and minor surgical procedures.
You can read more about Rabi HERE and we take this opportunity to extend him a very warm welcome!
Farewell to Drs Gilda Brunello and Kathy Roy
Dr Gilda Brunello has been with us for 20 years during which time she has dedicated herself to her patients and is held in high esteem by all the doctors, nurses and admin team here at GP Cremorne. Gilda has decided to “press pause” on her private practice for a few years to devote her time and skills to the ever-growing need area of youth mental health, particularly through her work with the GPs in Schools program and Headspace. She will also be undertaking some extra study in this field. Of course we are sad to see Gilda go but also excited for this new chapter and we wish her all the very best of luck.
Dr Kathy Roy has also been a dedicated and valued member of our team for several years. Kathy has decided to pursue her interest in breast medicine and has recently taken up a breast physician training position at the Sydney Breast Clinic. She will also continue her involvement with children’s continence clinic, The Yellow Spot. We wish Kathy all the very best for her exciting new venture as well.
Both Gilda and Kathy have handed over the care of their long-term patients to other doctors in the practice.
